Hello all! I have enjoyed the geek blogosphere for about four years now (I didn’t pay attention to when I started, so this is really just a random number pulled out of the ether, but let’s ignore that), and I decided it’s about time I join in the fun.
On this blog, I will share my trials and victories of the writerly life. If you enjoy the act of writing but can’t stand to read what you just wrote, stop by for some sympathy, rookie advice, and chocolate cake. I hope you’ll find something inspiring here. And if not, you’ll probably get a laugh out of my attempts anyway.
Come into the madness, friend, and your world shall be greater for it. I solemnly swear.
(I’m running out of things to say, since there’s only so many ways to say hello unless I start diving into other languages. Which would be fairly useless, since I only know Latin.)

I’m kind of nervous about this, because I’m so busy and all??? Also totally decided to be spontaneous and NOT WRITE ANY POSTS BEFORE STARTING THIS THING. So. I don’t think I’ll be updating often yet, but hopefully I’ll have some sort of schedule within a few months??? Maybe.

Oh goodness, I didn’t write any scheduled posts before starting, either! YOU’RE DOING FINE, DEAR BEAN!!! XD It’ll come to you…. Hopefully…? Honestly, I draw a blank on what to post about constantly, haha! I’ve JUST discovered how delightfully less-stressful it is to schedule posts, but will I actually continue using this feature???

Schedules are always nice! I love the schedules… They help me feel more pressured to write before utterly failing to upload on Tuesday… XD

Ahh, I feel so much better now. Thanks for that! Nice to know I’m not the only one who just jumped in.
I totally plan to make a schedule, but that would require writing ahead…so we’ll see what happens! I would like to post on Mondays, and maybe Thursdays, but like I said, it’ll definitely take me a bit to get into the swing of things.
